While we recommend sun avoidance any time the skin is experiencing redness or inflammation, unlike some laser treatments that should not be done in tanned skin, Virtue RF can be performed year round.
Most people can go about their normal activities the following day. Depending on the intensity of the treatment settings, chosen together with you by your esthetician, some puffiness or mild breakouts may occur following treatment.
While some discomfort may be experienced on especially sensitive areas or with higher settings, the treatment is generally very well tolerated.
