• Discontinue topical retinoids such as Epiduo Forte, Retin-A, tretinoin, or Differin at least 2–3 days before your facial.
• Do not undergo a facial treatment if you have bruising or burns on your face. Please wait until they have healed before treatment.
• If you take medication or use any prescription topical cream, please consult with your doctor and/or esthetician before treatment.
• If you are pregnant, please inform your esthetician prior to treatment.
• Please arrive promptly for your appointment to allow for the full hour of service time. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Same-day or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Your esthetician will listen to your concerns and assess your skin’s needs to formulate the best approach using the appropriate products and treatments. 

Your esthetician may suggest add-on services to your facial depending on your skin’s needs or your personal schedule. Perhaps you are getting married, attending a special event, or having family photos. Add-ons elevate our custom facial to be a highly personalized, skin-specific service just for you.

Avoid going out in the sun just after getting a facial. Use a daily sunscreen, rain or shine, and wear a hat daily after the facial to maintain results.
