- Discontinue your topical like Epiduo Forte, Retin-A, Tretinoin, Retinoid or Differin at least 2-3 days prior to your facial.
- Do not undergo a facial procedure if you have bruises or burns on your face. Wait for them to heal first.
- In case you are taking medication or using any topical prescription cream, make sure you consult a doctor and the esthetician before applying any other product on your face.
- If you are pregnant and if any ingredient is not suitable for you, inform the esthetician immediately.
- Please arrive promptly at your appointment time to give your aesthetician the full hour of service time. Please give 24-hour notice for cancellation. Same-day or last-minute cancellation may result in a fee.
