Kathryn Shrift, M.D. joined Dawes Fretzin Dermatology in 2014 after graduating from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas in 2002 and completing internship, dermatology residency, and research fellowship at the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center in 2008. Before moving to Indiana, Dr. Shrift worked as a general and cosmetic dermatologist in the Minneapolis, MN and Cleveland, OH areas.

She is passionate about helping patients to see more clearly the beauty that is already inside them by improving the face and skin they see in the mirror and loves the artistry involved in creating natural looking results. She is an expert injector of anti-wrinkle injections, fillers, and Kybella, and can perform deep resurfacing laser treatments. 

She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Marisa Allen

Dawes Fretzin Dermatology is proud to introduce Marisa Allen to our esthetics team. Marisa began her career as a medical assistant and graduated in 2002. She then followed her passion of skin care and received her Esthetics license in 2005. Marisa began her career at Dawes Fretzin in 2009 as a medical assistant and later moved to the esthetics team in 2012. Since working closely with the physicians, she has gained a wide variety of knowledge and understanding of skin. 

Her passion strives from seeing the unrelenting effects the sun, environment, daily stressors, and overall health and wellness can have on the skin. Marisa takes great pleasure in caring for her patients and believes skin care is not a one size fits all. She has created many long-lasting connections with her patients. 

Marisa has advanced training in Sciton laser treatments, Virtue RF microneedle, Subnovii, PRP microneedle, and Hydrafacial. Some of her favorite procedures are BBL, Halo, Moxi, Profractional, and Virtue RF. Marisa also performs laser hair removal, chemical peels, and dermaplane. She enjoys working with skin rejuvenation and sun damage. Marisa is always up for a challenge!

Marisa is available to walk you through all of skin care needs and is available for a $50 consultation fee.

Hatti Fox

Dawes Fretzin Dermatology introduces Hattie Fox to our Esthetics Team. Licensed as an Esthetician in 2012, Hattie joined Dawes Fretzin Dermatology in 2019.
Since then, she has attended many additional advanced skin care courses and Esthetician educational training.

Her passion for skin care makes her job an enjoyable experience each day. Hattie believes that investing in your skin is a benefit that lasts a lifetime.

Hattie is trained in many different skin care services including but not limited to: Laser hair removal, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, MicroNeedling and a vast knowledge of other laser and facial skin treatments.

Hattie is available to discuss product and service recommendation to address your skin concerns for a $50 consult fee.

Valerie Forte

Dawes Fretzin Dermatology introduces Valerie Forte to our Esthetics Team.

Valerie studied Communications & Business at Marian University. She began her career working closely with patients in Diabetes Care for a pharmaceutical company. She then trained and was licensed in Esthetics in 2013. Valerie has participated in many advanced training courses in skincare & esthetics services. She was selected to attend the National Training Summit for Sciton Lasers in Dallas, Texas -November of 2017.

Valerie has always taken special interest in skincare and is driven by the personal connections she makes with her patients. She takes great pride in being able to help patients make their skin healthy and beautiful!

She’s had extensive training in Hydrafacial, Microneedling, PRP & several laser services including Laser hair removal, BBL and Halo. She also performs chemical peels, dermaplaning and personalized facials.

Valerie is available for consultations to address all of your skin concerns for a $50 consult fee.

Conli Prichard

As a licensed esthetician since 2016, I strive to create a welcoming, positive, and trusting environment for my patients. I believe in taking the time to educate my patients on their skin and creating an individualized and realistic treatment plan to enhance their natural beauty. I treat a variety of skincare conditions including acne, aging skin, sun damage and hyperpigmentation and with a focus on preventative skin care.  I am truly passionate about what I do and am always striving to deliver the best possible patient experience.

Conli has advanced training in various types of microneedling, laser resurfacing, broadband light procedures, and hydrafacials. She is available to address your treatment plan for a $50 consult fee.

Sheryl Hurst

I’ve had a passion for skincare that was passed onto me by my mom since a young age. I learned the importance of sun protection and good skincare.  I emphasize preventative skincare such as the use of a daily SPF, hats, sunglasses and sun protective clothing. I started my career as a Medical Assistant in 2004 and went on to get my Esthetics License in 2020. My goal from the beginning of my esthetic journey was to combine my knowledge from medical assisting to my esthetic knowledge and work as a Medical Esthetician. I aspire to educate patients on their skin type and customization of their skincare regimen. I am devoted to enhancing the natural beauty that is within all of us.
